Jeff Jarrett Would Welcome Travis Kelce Into AEW

NFL superstar Travis Kelce has been making waves with his recent engagement to music star Taylor Swift, and AEW’s Jeff Jarrett spoke about the Chiefs player being invited to AEW. Speaking to TMZ, AEW wrestler and Director of Business Development Jeff Jarrett was asked about Travis Kelce appearing in AEW. Jarrett says he would welcome him into the company.

Jeff Jarrett, of course, has a connection to Kelce through his fiancée, Taylor Swift, who is a family friend of the Jarretts. She used to babysit Jarrett’s children as a teen when they lived in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Speaking to TMZ Sports about Kelce and Swift’s engagement, Jarrett said that if the NFL player wants it, he would find a place for Kelce in AEW.

Jarrett said about Kelce, “I would welcome him in an AEW ring. I think he can make a lot of noise.” Jarrett continued on the Travis and his brother Jason being showmen, “Him and his brother are showmen at heart. You can tell it’s in their DNA.” Jason Kelce previously made an appearance in WWE at WrestleMania 40 last year, helping Rey Mysterio and Andrade in their match against Dominik Mysterio and Santos Escobar.

Jarrett also informed TMZ that he’s still on contact with Swift’s father, Scott. Additionally, he discussed his happiness over Swift’s engagement to Kelce, and he looks forward to seeing Swift with kids of her own one day.
