Jerry Lawler is reportedly recovering after he suffered a stroke late last week. As noted, the WWE Hall of Famer pulled from some scheduled convention and signing appearances including HorrorHound in Cincinnati due to what was cited as “personal reasons.” Lawler’s daughter family told TMZ Sports on Thursday that he suffered the stoke last Friday in one of his homes in Florida.
Lawler’s ex-fiancee and caregiver said that his daughter is “taking him back to his primary residence” and that he will get rest for a few weeks before getting back to his normal schedule.
Lawler previously suffered a massive stroke in 2023, and another one back in 2019. He made his most recent WWE TV appearance in February when he was in attendance for Smackdown and shown in the audience.
On behalf of 411, our best wishes to Lawler for a quick and full recovery.
