Je’Von Evans Reveals His WWE Mentors

WWE Superstar Je’Von Evans recently revealed his mentors on the main roster. The Young OG made his main roster debut earlier this year and has since come in for heavy praise backstage for his work ethic. Evans has been a fan favorite since his NXT days, and his stock has only risen since he transitioned to Monday Night RAW.

Though he may come across as a seasoned professional inside the ring, Je’Von is only 22, and he naturally looks up to experienced pros for advice in his bid to get better. Speaking to Denise Salcedo during the Clash in Italy weekend, Evans revealed Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, CM Punk, Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, and the recently retired John Cena as his mentors. Here’s what Evans said:

“Well, a lot of people. I ask everybody, ‘Hey, if you see something, let me know.’ Especially if they have a lot of experience on the main roster. But right now, of course, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, CM Punk, and John Cena. Those, like, my OGs. Of course, like Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes.

“They all look out for me, you know. But yeah, those are, like, the people that help me out the most. You see what I mean? They look out for me and Papa Shawn.”
