Jimmy Korderas Critiques WWE’s Presentation of New World Heavyweight Title

– In his latest Reffin’ Rant video, Jimmy Korderas shared his thoughts on last Monday’s opening promo for WWE Raw, and critiqued how Rhea Ripley referred to new champion Seth Rollins as “just another champion” after winning the new World Heavyweight Title You can check out that clip and his comments below:

“This new world heavyweight championship and does it mean a lot? And last night on Raw, they did a heck of a job trying to make it mean more, but little things again pop up. Seth Rollins kicking off Raw last night, the new World Heavyweight Champion, hell of a match with AJ Styles at the PPV/PLE. Then AJ comes out, and they do that mutual respect thing. They’re trying to make it a big deal. Then Judgment Day comes out. They want their opportunity at this title, one of ’em, Finn Balor doing most of the talking. But there was one line Rhea Ripley threw out there, and she referred to Rollins as ‘just another champion’ Now, when you’re trying to elevate this title, they’re doing a heck of a job of trying to do so with all the pomp and circumstance, but when you throw a line like that out there it makes people think otherwise. They should choose their words carefully.”

Rollins defeated AJ Styles to win the new World Heavyweight Title at WWE Night of Champions last Saturday in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
