Backstage Note on Absence of Jimmy Uso on WWE European Tour

Jimmy Uso has been absent from WWE’s recent European tour. It was for personal reasons, not because of an injury or storyline change. This clarification comes from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, which addressed growing fan speculation over his sudden disappearance.
Jimmy Uso was not featured on several episodes of WWE RAW or on overseas live events, including shows in the United Kingdom and Ireland. His absence stood out even more as fans noticed Jey Uso appearing alone, with solo “YEET” chants echoing through arenas like Belfast.
According to Dave Meltzer, Jimmy’s absence is tied to a “family situation,” and it has nothing to do with health issues, creative plans, or past off-screen incidents.
WWE has a long track record of allowing talent time off for real-life priorities, especially when family is involved. That approach appears unchanged here. Jimmy’s situation is being handled without drawing attention on television.
In the meantime, Jey has continued to carry the responsibilities for the red brand. The Usos captured the WWE World Tag Team Championship on December 29, defeating Dragon Lee and AJ Styles. Since then, Jey has appeared solo.
There is no confirmed timetable for Jimmy Uso’s return.
Uso, real name Jonathan Fatu, is a former WWE Tag Team Champion and is best known for his involvement in the Bloodline story with Roman Reigns, and even competed in tag matches against The Shield.
