Joey Janela & Bully Ray Trade Shots On Twitter Over 2024 Flaming Table Spot

Bully Ray has found himself in another social media spat, this time with Joey Janela over a 2024 flaming table spot in GCW. As noted, Bully caught the wrath of the internet when he referred to AEW star Jon Moxley as a “fraud” and ranted over the Death Riders, including saying he could “beat the living s**t out of” of Moxley.

The pushback included Josh Barnett, who said Moxley could fight his own battles but offered Bully Ray a “legendary” ass kicking. Janela has now joined in the chorus of people taking issue with the WWE Hall of Famer and ECW legend, slamming Bully over a spot at GCW Fight Club 2024 during the show’s War Games match.

Janela started his rant with:

“There’s no bigger fraud on the Jersey Shore then 54 year old bubba Dudley, sits around at Djais by himself on Sundays all day buying groups of 22 year old girls shots, waiting for someone to recognize him and when they do and ask for a picture he tells him them to f**k off..

The stories never end, when people find out I’m a wrestler they go ‘Do you know Mark (bubba ray) , that guys a f**king loser'”

He then went on to detail the flaming table spot:

“I’ll never forgive that fat f**king loser for absolutely completely dosing a table in 2 bottles of lighter fluid, and not waiting for it to dissipate giving me nearly 3rd degree burns on my body and not checking in once with me afterwards. Even laughed a little bit when I told him I was going to the hospital “you’re going to the hospital?” As the skin bubbled up on my body.

Matt Cardona on the other hand felt truly terrible checked in on me every day, and it wasn’t even his gimmick.”

Bully fired back, retweeting the second post and writing:

“You BEGGED…LITERALLY BEGGED me to do it…you know it and all the boys know it. I said “no” 2x …. You STILL begged.

You wore a flammable shirt that you were told by others not to wear. You’re trash and a liar. And ya fkn know it.”

Things went back and forth from there, as you can see below:

Janela:

“Lmfao the only thing that didn’t catch fire was the shirt, the shirt was completely intact afterwards. It was the lighter fluid on my skin, such a corny fat f**king liar you are. I didn’t BEG to do a flaming table spot, that was the spot in mind when they booked you, Matt Cardona said you’d keep me safe and he did it twice. You never said “No” I wasn’t begging to do flaming table spots in 2024, I did it because I thought it would be fine since you’ve done it so many times.”

Bully Ray:

“Also…ya fkn moron…I was never booked for that show. I was an EXTREMELY LAST MINUTE replacement added not even 24hrs prior because someone could not make it.

The first person I saw was you….you brought me lighter fluid and lamp oil. And then begged. And then cried

Bitch”

Janela:

“Matt Cardona came up to me said you were gonna throw me through a flaming table, said he took it twice and I’d be fine. I obliged, because I trust Matt more than 95% of the wrestlers in the business and I thought I’d be ok, since you’ve done it 100 times. Never “BEGGED” and never “CRIED”

Had a young wrestler Justin Finn take to the hospital in AC, when they said the burns were too bad for them to handle they sent me to a burn unit in Philadelphia. In which they wanted to keep me there for days, but I left early to make it to GCW the next day to cut a promo because at the end of the day I’m a worker.

You never checked in on me once, at least shot me a message or a text asking me how I was doing because you absolutely knew how bad those burns were. If you sent me once message, I wouldn’t be doing this publicly on social media right now, but I’m sick of your big fat mouth on here. You’re Truly a f**king loser, a fraud & all timer asshole that the nicest guys all have something negative to say about. Blow me”

Finn then shared pics of Janela’s back from the hospital, writing:

“Only part of Joey’s back that was ‘not’ burnt was where the shirt was covering & watching the video back, the shirt never caught fire, only his arms. Guy didn’t even want to go to the hospital, but his skin was falling off and bubbling/oozing. Didn’t complain once the entire time.

“Burns were too bad to treat him in AC, and they insisted he went to burn unit. He still didn’t want to go and said he’d only go if he was able to make it back to showboat the next day. ‘Just give me some cream or something cmon’

“Even wanted to stop for cigarettes before the hospital in AC

I never get involved in any online drama & always keep my mouth shut. Just needed to say Joey definitely didn’t cry or complain after getting burnt that night. And if anyone can confidently say that, it’s me.”
