Hey kids! Steve Cook here with you for the latest edition of WWE Raw on Netflix! Tonight’s show takes place in New York City’s Madison Square Garden, and CM Punk & Roman Reigns will again be UNDER ONE ROOF. They sure like that phrasing. Brock Lesnar is back again, Finn Balor will address the Judgment Day betraying him, and we’ve also got three championship matches! I got the Opening Day in Cincinnati virus so I’m not 100%, but it should be fun anyway.

Then. Now. Forever. Together!

We’re in New York City! CM Punk is WALKING! Nia Jax & Lash Legend are WALKING! Oba Femi is WALKING! 18,171 WWE fans are here tonight!

Wrestling has more than one royal family? Cody Rhodes is here! I can’t remember the last time he was on this show! Cody takes his jacket off on the stage before making his way to the ring. Michael Cole & Corey Graves talk about how Cody will defend the Undisputed WWE Championship against Randy Orton at WrestleMania before Cody asks the MSG fans what they want to talk about.

Before they can answer, Stephanie McMahon’s music plays and the soon-to-be WWE Hall of Famer walks out. The crowd chants Stephanie’s name for the first time I can remember. She says this is the house her grandfather built. Stephanie wants to talk about Cody, Randy Orton & WrestleMania, but Cody won’t like what she has to say. She used to sit in the crowd and Andre the Giant would touch her as he want to the ring. They all grew up and took different paths to get where they are. Cody took the golden path, and he believes he can bring out the best in people. Cody can’t this time, with this version of Randy Orton. He’s diabolical. Cody has to be able to think like Randy. His father understood that better than anybody. Dusty could get down & dirty with the best of them, but Cody is not his father. This version of Cody can’t beat this version of Randy. He has no idea who he’s dealing with.

The fans chant Randy’s name. Cody doesn’t want to be rude to Stephanie, but he knows everything about Randy Orton. He knows all of Randy’s accomplishments and everything he’s done. There’s some stuff Randy did that they can’t show today, and some of them involved Stephanie. Some fans want the student-teacher dynamic, but they can’t have that. Cody isn’t Dusty, and Stephanie isn’t her father either. Stephanie slaps Cody and tells him she’s here because she cares about him. Cody doesn’t understand this Randy, he doesn’t have to be the babysitter or the student. Randy doesn’t listen to the voices in his head, he beckoned them. Apparently he’s listening to someone else too, so if Cody can’t figure out Randy, he’ll lose the Championship at WrestleMania. Cody stops Stephanie from leaving and says he has two words for her: Thank you. Cody leaves the ring as his music plays. Stephanie delivered some tough love!

Ishowspeed asks Adam Pearce where Danhausen is, and Danhausen appears. Speed asks to be uncursed, Danhausen sets a high price. Pearce says Speed has some ringside seats for tonight, and LA Knight pops up to say hello. He’s gotta talk that talk, yeah! Pearce asks Danhausen if he’s supposed to disappear, and Danhausen says yeah. He doesn’t disappear.

World Tag Team Championship NYC Street Fight: Jimmy & Jey Uso (c) vs. Austin Theory & Logan Paul: The Usos have new music and go down the entranceway instead of yeeting through the crowd. I guess they’ll see enough of the crowd later. LA Knight has joined Cole & Graves on commentary for this match, and Speed is in the front row. We see clips of last week when LA took the brass knucks from Logan and passed them to Jey, who knocked Austin out right in front of the referee. LA says he’s here to get into the Vision’s business, not the Bloodline’s. Things break down right away as you’fd expect. Jimmy elbows Theory out of the ring. Logan gets a Best Friends elbow from the Usos, rolls outside, and Jey Yeet dives onto Logan & Theory. We go to commercial!

Logan has a trash can to use on Jimmy while Austin has one for Jey. The Usos avoid the running trash cans. Logan is placed in a trash can & stereo superkicked. Theory is placed in a trash can and hit with kendo sticks. LA channels his inner Dandy Don Meredith, I’m not sure what percentage of the audience got that reference. Usos place a table in range for a double superplex on Theory, they hit it! The fans chant about religious excrement. Logan Paul’s nom hands him brass knucks, so LA comes over and breaks it up! Speed grabs the knucks, LA turns him around and Speed hits him! Well, he’s definitely cursed now. Logan grabs the knucks, misses Jimmy and Jimmy hits a superkick. More superkicks! Spear by Jey on Austin. Jimmy dives into the knucks from Logan! Jey dives onto Logan on the floor, but that leaves Austin to cover Jimmy for the three count! HISTORY HAS BEEN MADE AT MADISON SQUARE GARDEN!

Winners: Austin Theory & Logan Paul (5:45 shown via pinfall)

That’s gonna make some people unhappy, most importantly the OTC! Speed raises Theory & Paul’s hands somewhat reluctantly. Logan advises Speed to stick with them since the Usos & LA Knight will be coming after him.

We go back to last week when CM Punk & Roman Reigns were UNDER ONE ROOF.

Survivor Series 2011 happened in MSG, and CM Punk won his second WWE Championship there! He & Roman Reigns will be here later.

Liv Morgan makes her way to the ring. We’ll hear from her next!

I like the xfinity commercial because you probably can’t find a more random grouping of WWE Superstars than Tiffany Stratton, Bronson Reed & Alicia Taylor.

Before that, we see some celebrities! Jeff Ross looks like some people have taken offense to some of his roasts in the past.

Liv mentions the town’s name and says they’re in the presence of the greatest Royal Rumble winner of all time. I didn’t know the Naitch was here! Liv calls Stephanie Vaquer a bitch and says she’s done. She takes offense to Stephanie attacking her family in the Judgment Day. Stephanie has no family and all she can do is sneak attack. Is she scared? Stephanie is proud of where she comes from, this is where Liv comes from and it’s on sight. Her mother taught her never to let anyone get the best of her, Stephanie’s mother taught her something in Spanish that sounds quite offensive.

Stephanie comes down to the ring and the fight is indeed on sight. Vaquer kicks Liv down and goes outside to get a steel chair. Stephanie gets back in the ring, only for Roxanne Perez to attack her from behind! Roxanne holds Stephanie in place so Liv can hit Oblivion on the chair! Liv uses the b word again and poses with her foot on Stephanie’s chest. Then she poses with Stephanie’s title belt and kisses it before throwing it towards Stephanie.

Michael & Corey send us to footage of last week when Paul Heyman’s mouth wrote a check his rear couldn’t cash.

Speed continues to insist to Logan & Austin that he didn’t mean to get involved. Heyman enters the picture and insists that Speed is in good hands. They’ll protect him, and they should all go out and celebrate. Paul comments that the Usos will kill him before Pearce enters. Pearce asks if Heyman checked his e-mail, apparently that hasn’t happened and Heyman walks off. Did he leave his phone off camera?

Women’s Tag Team Championship Match: The Irresistible Forces (Nia Jax & Lash Legend) (c) vs. Bayley & Lyra Valkyria: We see clips from SmackDown where the Bellas got the win over Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss, then Lash & Nia tried more violence until Bayley & Lyra came down. The Glamour Girls & Jumping Bomb Angels were the last teams to fight for this title in this arena. Lash powers Bayley down and tags in Nia for more of the same. Bayley gets out of a slam and tags Lyra, who dropkicks Nia. One off the top rope, but Nia takes her into the corner and tags Lash in. Lyra flips out of a headlock, gets thrown into a corner and splashed. Lash misses in the corner & Bayley tags in. Lyra & Bayley with a double dropkick off the middle turnbuckle on Lash for a one count. Bayley gets clotheslined, Lyra gets elbowed. Nia tags in, Lyra with some kicks, she kicks Nia out of the ring and Bayley dives onto her, sending Nia into the table. Lash gets dropkicked up the aisle as we go to commercial!

We return to Lyra trying to make a tag when Nia knocks Bayley off the apron. Samoan Drop by Nia gets two. Nia runs into the ringpost and Lash comes in to get kicked. Lash lifts Lyra for a vertical suplex, Lyra counters into a DDT. Bayley tags in. An elbowdrop on Lash gets two. Lash hits a bicycle kick on Bayley, then Nia hits a legdrop for two. That move beat the Iron Sheik in this arena! Nia goes for the Banzai Drop, Bayley stops that and hits a powerbomb. Lyra back in, second rope moonsault gets two thanks to Lash. Bayley clubbers Lash until getting smacked down. Lyra & Lash trade shots and everyone is down. Nikki & Brie Bella make their way to the ring, Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss are behind them. They get into an argument at ringside, Lyra comes up to yell at them and Nia throws her into Charlotte & Alexa. Lash takes the Bellas out, bouncing Nikki’s back off the ringpost. This leads to Charlotte & Alexa causing the disqualification.

Winners: The Irresistible Forces (7:42 shown via disqualification)

Nia & Lash eventually get ejected from the ring after six people attack them.

Last week, Oba Femi attacked Brock Lesnar again. We’ll hear from Brock next! (and probably Oba too)

Danhausen announces that Saturday Night’s Main Event will take place on July 18 at MSG.

Welp, here comes the pain. Brock Lesnar is in his fighting gear, he & Paul Heyman make their way to the ring. Heyman introduces himself & Brock. Heyman is here to pontificate on the perils that await Oba Femi. Two weeks ago, Brock was distracted by Seth Rollins and caught off guard. Last week, Brock was out there to have a beast to man conversation, but Oba picked a fight instead. Tonight, Brock is dressed to fight. When somebody locks eyes with Brock ready to fight, that man pisses all over himself and leaves a puddle. The puddle & Oba Femi will be mopped up. Brock tells Oba to get his ass out here right now.

Adam Pearce comes out instead with his security to tell us that won’t be happening tonight. Pearce needs to preserve his main events for WrestleMania and that’s what he’s going to do. Pearce asks Lesnar & Heyman to leave the ring, but instead we hear Oba Femi’s music. Oba is also in his fighting gear, and he struts down to the ring. I don’t like security’s chances here, just saying. Sure enough, Oba beats them all up. Pearce gets sent into the barricade! Oba walks around the ring and eventually steps inside. The fans chant about religious fecal material. Oba & Brock face off, but now Paul Levesque enters the ring! He does the Dana White thing and stands between them. Lesnar & Heyman leave the ring, but then Brock takes the stairs and throws them down. Lesnar then F-5s a random security guy.

Finn Balor says the Judgment Day was a family & ran Raw for 4 years. He did some things he wasn’t proud of. The worst decision he made was thinking he could make a man out of Dominik Mysterio. Dom ran his playbook against him. Finn was the one that Dom turned to, Finn stepped up for him. Dom lost the IC title because he’s a self-entitled jackass. Finn is guilty of helping creating Dom. Now he’ll be responsible for destroying Dom at WrestleMania.

Intercontinental Championship Match: Penta (c) vs. Kofi Kingston (w/Grayson Waller): Penta made an open challenge on social media over the weekend, Kofi accepted so here we are. Headlock by Penta. Kofi gets out of it but gets kicked. Kofi works Penta over in the corner. Kofi jumps into a kick, but answers with a knee. Tornado DDT by Kofi gets two. Penta with a big chop, Kofi responds. Penta with a superkick, misses in the corner. Kofi jumps into a Codebreaker that gets two. Kofi blocks the Penta Driver, misses in the corner and gets kicked into position for the handstand into the basement dropkick for two. Kofi springboards into a dropkick, gets sent onto the apron and kicked. Penta goes for the Destroyer on the apron but gets backdropped instead. Grayson comes over to interfere, but Kofi calls him off as we go to commercial.

Penta fights back as we return. He kicks Kofi on a backdrop attempt, then hits a sling blade. Kofi hits an SOS for two. Penta runs into a kick, Kofi hits a Rocker Dropper for two. Grayson places Penta back on the apron, Kofi yells that he wants to do it on his own. Penta catches Kofi on the dive attempt and back suplexes him off the announce table. Grayson bends down over Kofi for a chat and Penta Mexican Destroys him on the floor. Kofi hits Trouble in Paradise back in the ring for two. Kofi goes for a superplex and gets dropped, and that leads to a Mexican Destroyer for the three count.

Winner: Penta (6:54 shown via pinfall)

JACKIE REDMOND is in the ring to congratulate Penta. She asks him what could be in store for him and the IC Championship. Penta promises pain for anyone in his way, and he’ll defend the championship at WrestleMania in a ladder match! Up there is his kingdom.

Heyman tells Pearce that the Beast left. Pearce asks Heyman if he checked his e-mail, and Heyman says he smelled the stench of a corporate General Manager, and he’ll head to the ring now.

Paul Heyman is back in the ring and cracks jokes about New Jersey lighting guys. Heyman namedrops Howard Finkel while putting over Logan Paul & Austin Theory. He tried to give back to the community tonight by presenting Brock vs. Oba, then Adam Pearce…well, here’s Pearce to tell him to put a sock in it. Pearce asks again about the e-mail situation. Heyman says he sees the future, and there’s nothing Pearce will tell him that he doesn’t already know. Pearce says that the Boston PD has dropped all charges against Seth Rollins. Heyman is a native New Yorker that fears no man, he’s the last manager standing from the 1980s, and the last promoter standing from the 1990s. Pearce says that as of this second, Seth Rollins is medically cleared to compete.

BURN IT DOWN! Seth enters the ring from behind with a steel chair, and hits Paul in the back! He sets Paul up for another stomp, but Gunther drags Rollins out of the ring and applies the sleeperhold! Gunther puts Rollins to sleep against the announce table. Gunther points at the WrestleMania sign and tells Rollins that’s what’s waiting for him before leaving. How the hell did Gunther get blood around his eye during that?

We go back to a couple of minutes ago, so maybe I can figure that out! Rollins must have scratched him while waving his arms around.

Elle Duncan is here! I’m glad she’s getting paid, but I gotta say I miss her team with Andraya & Chiney. That was the crew.

IYO SKY vs. Raquel Rodriguez: IYO & Raquel get the rare “already in the ring” intro. Raquel drives IYO into the corner. Raquel blocks a headscissors and a rana, can’t capitalize. IYO does some gymnastics before hitting a dropkick. Raquel sent outside, IYO gets caught on her dive, then clotheslined on the floor. Cover in the ring gets two. Raquel with a shoulderblock. IYO with a hanging armbar. Raquel gets out and IYO runs into a big boot. Powerbomb is reversed by a rana into the corner by IYO. Asia moonsault, Raquel can’t catch that one. We go to commercial!

IYO with a rollup into a double stomp on Raquel as we return. IYO with the springboard dropkick & the kipup. Bullet train attack in the corner by IYO. Over the moonsault gets Raquel’s raised feet. IYO with some forearms, she blocks another powerbomb and hits a doublestomp for two. Kairi Sane is on the apron for some reason, Raquel kicks her off and gets rolled up by IYO for two. IYO hits a tornado DDT on Raquel, another bullet train attack! Asuka yells at Kairi at ringside, IYO dives into her! That looked dangerous. IYO tells Kairi she did that for her, but that leads to a Tejana Bomb for three. And that’s why you don’t do things for other people, ladies & gentlemen.

Winner: Raquel Rodriguez (7:22 shown via pinfall)

Cole & Graves show us that Dragon Lee, Je’Von Evans, Rusev & JD McDonagh intend to take part in Penta’s ladder match. Finn vs. Dominik is official for WM, as is a Women’s Tag Team Championship match with the four teams we saw earlier. John Cena will be hosting!

Roman Reigns & CM Punk are here next for the main event segment!

Jackie is trying to get an update on Seth Rollins, Adam Pearce appears and tells her that Seth will face Gunther at WrestleMania. It’s official!

The ones are raised to the sky as Roman Reigns enters the arena. The crowd chants OTC and sings Roman’s name. Then there’s a CM Punk chant. Roman asks for NYC’s acknowledgement.

LIKE MUSSOLINI, CM Punk comes down to the ring. He’s got a fist taped! They fight! Punk sues the taped fist, but Roman hits the Superman punch! Punk tosses Roman to the floor and bounces him off the announce table. Here come some officials! Pearce and the rest of them don’t have much luck as Punk clears the announce table. Roman fights back, the powerbomb & GTS are blocked by the officials. Somebody gets speared! Roman Goes To Sleep! Punk acts like he’s done, but he isn’t. Punk powerbombs Roman through the table! That’s Roman’s move! Punk yells some naughty words before sitting criss-cross applesauce next to Roman and singing his name. Punk stands on the barricade while his music plays. Punk walks the barricade like he’s the Sandman as our live event comes to an end. So long for now!
