Josh Alexander has set his sights on capturing singles gold, as he challenged Darby Allin for the AEW TNT Championship at Fright Night Dynamite on tonight’s Collision.

After decimating Blade Brow in a singles match, The Walking Weapon grabbed a microphone and noted that it’s time for him to bring more gold to the Don Callis Family. He noted that Darby calls himself a fighting champion and urged the latter to fight him for the TNT Championship at Fright Night Dynamite.

Alexander said, “There’s a lot of gold in the Don Callis Family, there’s a lot of gold in the future for the Don Callis Family, and I think I should be no exception. It’s time I start pulling my own weight and bring some gold to this family myself. So Wednesday night Dynamite in St. Louis, it is called Fright Night, and I want that TNT Championship. It might be called Fright Night, but I ain’t afraid of your face paint or anything else. Darby, you call yourself a fighting champion, FIGHT ME! FIGHT ME! FIGHT ME!”

Josh then turned his attention to Adam Copeland, claiming that the latter wasn’t on the show because he got his skull smashed this past Wednesday. Alexander said he’s willing to fight Copeland, and the latter subsequently answered the call. However, Alexander backed away, leading to Copeland delivering Spears to Rocky Romero and Trent Beretta. However, the numbers game ultimately led to his undoing, and the segment ended with Josh Alexander delivering several punches to the veteran.
