Kacy Catanzaro Undergoes Surgery To Fix Her Broken Nose

– In a post on her Instagram Stories, former WWE Superstar Katana Chance (aka Kacy Catanzaro) announced that she underwent surgery to get her broken nose fixed. She wrote in the caption, “Finally got my broken nose fixed.”

Catanzaro previously broke her nose twice in her WWE career. The first instance was during her last match on NXT with tag team parter Kayden Carter. Catanzaro broke her nose during a cover situation. The second instance took place in July 2024 when Zoey Stark hit Catanzaro with the Z3. Catanzaro says the break was so bad that the doctor had to try three times to put her nose back into place.

Kacy Catanzaro was released by WWE last month. She joined WWE in early 2018. During her career she became an NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion and a WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion, both times with Kayden Carter.
