The Young Bucks were unsuccessful in defeating Jack Perry and Luchasaurus of The Jurassic Express in their $500K tag team match at AEW WrestleDream 2025, and Kenny Omega returned after the match to save Jurassic Express from an attack by the Don Calls Family.
The Jackson brothers initially struggled against Luchasaurus. Perry later dove on The Bucks on the outside and then used a fan’s sign as a weapon to take out Matt Jackson.
However, The Young Bucks eventually managed to wrestle back control, as they took out Luchasaurus with sliced bread on the floor. However, the babyface eventually recovered and launched an attack on the former AEW EVPs, Chokeslamming Nick onto Matt.
In the later stages of the match, Matt hit Luchasaurus with a cutter on the floor, and it was followed by Nick nailing a Destroyer on Jungle Boy. This was followed by the Jackson brothers hitting a Package Piledriver and Stomp combo on Perry. They proceeded to connect with the BTE Trigger, but Luchasaurus broke the pinfall attempt.
The closing moments of the match saw Jurassic Express take out Matt Jackson with the Countdown to Extinction to claim the victory and $500K in the process at AEW WrestleDream 2025.
After the match, Jack Perry handed Luchasaurus the bag of money, and then extended hands out to the Bucks. The Bucks got to their feet, and Perry offered them a dollar. But the Don Callis Family came out to attack the Jurassic Express. Archer, Davis and Alexander beat down Perry and Luchasaurus as the Bucks walked off. But Kenny Omega came out, walked right past the Young Bucks, charged in to take on all 3 guys from the Don Callis Family. Jurassic Express helped out too. Omega stood tall with Luchasaurus and Perry.
