Kevin Nash Reveals Story He Shared That Was Cut From Hulk Hogan Docuseries

On the latest episode of Kliq This, Kevin Nash talked about the Hulk Hogan: Real American Netflix documseries and a story that was not included in the final cut. The docuseries premiered last month and covered Hogan’s life, career, and controversies.

Nash said he believes the story’s absence made Hogan appear less human than he truly was. You can check out some highlights below:

On the Story:

“One of the stories I told was, like — you know, Terry was had like a pair of red Oakleys that he took off and his eyes were bloodshot. We were in that conference room, and it was just me and Terry. And I asked him how things were.  And he kind of just [huffs]. At that time, he had just kind of met his second wife, and he had taken the Donzi out. And it was the Donzi that was the old Hulk, Hogan, yellow and red Donzi. He said, ‘I hadn’t been in that boat in so long. I took it out in the bay. The red seats had sun washed to pink, there was foam coming through some of the cushions. He said, ‘I went out there with a 12 pack of Miller Light, and she was jumping off the side of it going in and out of the water.’ He said, ‘Every time she’d go almost like a dolphin, the last thing that would go in would be her ass and her legs. I’d see that tan ass going in the water, and I was just looking around.’

“And he said, ‘I was broke.’ He said, ‘I was broken, but for the first time in a long time, I was just in the moment, and the moment was good.’ I remember him just having a real smile on his face. And that was one of the first times — there were other times before that where he and I would have conversations, and I could tell it was just like, ‘Alright dude, I trust you, man. I’m going to let my guard completely down.’ And that moment right there was one of those moments. So there were some things like that I talked about that I think would have made Terry-slash-Hulk a lot more f**king human. I hate when somebody says, you know, ‘And this is a time in Hulk’s life when he was drinking a gallon of vodka a day.’ And it’s so f**king black and white.”

On There Not Being Two Sessions With Hogan:

“He had a mic in front of him for a long time, and he gave them hours and hours. Because one time they said to him, ‘Well, that seems like it’s good. We’ll come back and get more.’ I don’t think Terry ever got back to the mic.”
