Kris Statlander Comments On Trent Beretta’s Heel Turn On Last Week’s AEW Dynamite

Trent Beretta turned on Orange Cassidy on last week’s AEW Dynamite and then walked out on the rest of Best Friends. In an interview with The Grill Out (via Fightful), Kris Statlander gave her thoughts on the situation and spoke about why she’s not happy with Trent.

She said: “I’m very upset with him. We all kind of get down in the dumps something, but I always thought we were better than letting the losses get to us. He proved that he is not the kind of friend that we thought he was after all this time. It sucks. It’s hard to see your friends get to a point of no return. I tried to talk some sense to him and I tried to have a conversation with him, but I’m in a little bit of a down space myself, I’ve not been doing great in the ring, but I’m trying my best to not let it get to me. He just proved to me the type of person I don’t want to become.“
