As previously reported, AEW announced a Casino Trios Roulette Royale for this weekend’s AEW All In London during the Buy-In pre-show. Kyle O’Reilly is scheduled for the matchup with his Conglomeration tag team partners. However, Dave Meltzer reported on today’s Wrestling Observer Radio that there were fears he may have suffered a broken orbital bone during his AEW Dynamite match against Nigel McGuinness.

During Dynamite, McGuinness defeated O’Reilly to advance in the Continental Cup Challenge tournament. On WOR, Meltzer reported on O’Reilly, “There was definitely fear of a broken orbital bone.” After the match, O’Reilly also shared a photo of him sporting a massively swollen black eye on his Instagram Stories (see below).

However, according to a later update from Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, it appears that, despite O’Reilly’s nasty black eye, he’s been cleared to compete in the match for Sunday, and he will be in action at the pay-per-view. Sapp wrote, “Kyle O’Reilly was cleared to participate after last night.”

For now, it looks like Kyle O’Reilly is good to go for the Trios Battle Royale at AEW All In London. The pay-per-view event takes place at London’s Wembley Stadium on Sunday, August 30. It will be broadcast live on pay-per-view.
