Lash Legend Qualifies For Money in the Bank On WWE Smackdown

Lash Legend qualified for the women’s Money in the Bank match with a victory on this week’s episode of WWE Smackdown. Legend defeated Charlotte Flair and Guilia on Friday night’s episode in order to earn a spot in the stipulation match at next month’s PLE.

The triple threat match went a little under 12 minutes, starting with Legend and Giulia going after each other. Guilia was able to lock in a guillotine on Legend early on, but Legend was able to power out and suplex Guilia before getting taken down by Flair. The match continued to go back and forth including Giulia hitting a top-rope butterfly suplex to Flair, to which Legend tried to steal the win after tossing Giulia from the ring. She went for a leglock but Flair countered.

The finish of the match saw Giulia break up a Figure Eight by Flair to Legend, then hit the Arrivederci followed by a Northern Lights bomb to Flair. However, Legend snuck in and hit the Lash Extension on Giulia to get the pinfall.

WWE Money in the Bank takes place on October 10th at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. The PLE will air live on ESPN Unlimited in the US and on Netflix internationally. We’ll have an updated card for the show following WWE Smackdown.
