Latest Update on WWE Star Seth Rollins’ Injury Status

There has been an update on Seth Rollins’ injury status after he was attacked and betrayed by his own faction, The Vision, on WWE RAW this Monday. Wrestling Observer Radio has provided a report on it.
Following the attack, many speculated it was done to write Seth Rollins off from TV after he reportedly sustained an injury against Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel in Perth. While the details and severity of the injury remain unknown, according to Dave Meltzer, Seth Rollins would “hundred percent” go under the knife (via Wrestling Inc).
“He’s having surgery. I mean, that’s a hundred percent and when they open up they’ll find out, like they don’t know all the damage in his shoulder and they will find out the damage when they open him up and when they do the surgery, we’ll have an idea. I mean, I guess the best way to put it is they hope he’ll be okay for WrestleMania. There’s no way of knowing one way or the other today whether he will be or not, but he’s out for months for sure, which we already knew. So, yeah I guess that’s the update and then Monday night I’m sure they’ll explain what they’re going to do with the world title.”
The Vision had been a prominent faction on RAW, and many expected it to dominate the brand. Unfortunately, Rollins’ injury and the reported severity of it have put the group’s future in question. It remains to be seen what direction Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Paul Heyman would take next.
