Latest On Whether The Rock Will Be Part Of WrestleMania 43

A new report has an update on this year’s speculation regarding whether The Rock will be making a major appearance at the upcoming WrestleMania. It was reported in August that the Final Boss was not expected to be available for a match at next year’s Grandest Stage Of Them All due to his acting commitments, despite the fact that Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority was “keen” to have him compete at the event.

A new report from Wrestlevotes Radio on Fightful Select adds weight to that notion. According to the report, the WWE creative team is operating with the assumption that The Rock will be unavailable to participate in a major storyline going into WrestleMania season. The report includes the necessary caveat (especially this far out) that things could always change, but that as of now, WWE is moving forward under the belief that he will not be available for for any major storyline.

WrestleMania 43 takes place in April of 2027 in Riyadh, though specific dates have yet to be revealed.
