WWE is taping tonight’s WWE Smackdown in Berlin, Germany. The show will air at its normal time in the United States tonight on USA Network. Live results for the show are below.

* Randy Orton opens the show and says it is good to be back in the ring. He’s quickly interrupted by Trick Williams. Trick tells Orton he has to stop him, and that 2026 will be his year. He adds that every country besides Germany loves him, and that it’s no longer 2006, but 2026. Orton reminds Trick that he is a 14 time World Champion and acknowledges that Trick looks like a star, but that he doesn’t know if Trick has any brains since he interrupted him. Trick puts Orton over as one of the best and says he respects him before posing. Orton tells Trick to never turn your back on his opponent, that he should have learned that in NXT, and that the next time he does that, he will get whooped. Trick knocks the mic from Orton’s hand, with Orton punching and attacking Trick. Miz comes out and attacks Orton but Orton hits him with an RKO. The lights go out as Orton goes up the aisle. Rey Fenix comes down and he and Orton bump fists.
* Trick Williams defeats Rey Fenix. Trick won via a roll-up and handful of tights for the pin.
* Bryon Saxton interviews Giulia and Kiana James. Giulia says the WWE Women’s U.S. Title is back where it belongs and that she will make an example of Alexa Bliss tonight.
* Highlights of last week’s Damian Priest vs. Aleister Black Ambulance Match.
* Saxton interviews Priest. Priest says that he is hurting and has lost some battles, but that he won the war. He calls for a title shot, but is interrupted by Drew McIntyre. Priest says that if Drew wins the title tonight, maybe the two of them should fight again. McIntyre says his emotions are high for tonight and reveals that he has a watch that Dusty Rhodes pawned to pay for Cody’s future. McIntyre says Cody will get disqualified in the first fall, and that then he will only need one other fall to finally win the WWE Championship.
* Alexa Bliss talks to Charlotte Flair on the phone, and tells her she didn’t know about her match with Giulia until today. She wishes Charlotte a speedy recovery. Nia Jax and Lash show up and ask if Charlotte has the sniffles, and notes that it is convenient that Charlotte is sick. Alexa tells them they don’t know what they’re talking about and walks off.
* Giulia defeats Alexa Bliss to retain the WWE Women’s United States Championship. Finish saw Kiana James get involved. Bliss hit a DDT on Giulia and punched Kiana, followed by Lash pushing Alexa off the turnbuckle. Giulia then hit the Northern Lights Bomb for the win. After the match, Nia and Lash called Alexa a loser and attacked her.
* Nick Aldis congratulations Jordynne Grace on signing with Smackdown. Chelsea Green interrupts to complain to Aldis about not having a rematch tonight. Aldis tells Green to welcome Grace to Smackdown while Green says she wants her rematch. Aldis ends up giving Alba Fyre a match with Grace tonight.
* Kit Wilson says he chipped his tooth last week and calls Matt Cardona the “embodiment of toxic masculinity.” Aldis asks Kit to give him a moment, and he then goes behind a closed door.
* Saxton talks to Matt Cardona, who says it is great to be back. He goes over to Cody Rhodes and says he is back to win the title. Cody says that after he is done with McIntyre, they can talk.
* Tama Tonga, Solo Sikoa, Talla Tonga, and Tonga Loa defeat Uncle Howdy, Erick Rowan, Joe Gacy, and Dexter Lumis. Tonga hit Howdy with the Cutthroat for the pin. Afterwards, the Solos took the lantern.
* Miz accepts Carmelo Hayes’ open challenge for tonight and vows to become a three time Grand Slam Champion. Hayes tells him he will see him in the ring, but Miz notes that after what Orton did to him earlier tonight, he can’t move his neck, so Hayes says they will face each other next week, but Miz changes his tune and says his neck is fine. Ilja Dragunov enters Hayes says he would be happy to face Dragunov again. Dragunov says that will happen eventually, but he is going to go talk to Aldis about something.
* Jordynne Grace defeats Alba Fyre. Grace wins with a torture rack powerbomb followed by the pin. Jade Cargill circled Grace after the match and asked if she thinks she is special. She reminds Grace that she’s on her show, and that she is that b*tch, then drops the mic and leaves.
* Saxton talks with Sami Zayn about tonight’s title match. Zayn says a part of him wants McIntyre to win, because he’s never beaten him and he likes the idea of beating him for the title. But his money is on Cody.
* Johnny Gargano attacks Nathan Frazer backstage.
* Carmelo Hayes defeats Shinsuke Nakamura to retain the WWE United States Championship. The finish saw Hayes with a jumping knee off the turnbuckles, followed by setting up for Kinshasa but Hayes with First 48 and then he goes up top for Nothin But Net and hits it for the win. After the match, Hayes extended his hand to Nakamura and Nakamura shook it.
* Backstage, Cody talks to Saxton about how McIntyre has his father’s watch and how it isn’t necessary to bring his father into this since Dusty doesn’t make the comeback. Cody says he does. Cody notes that the Royal Rumble is next, followed by WrestleMania.
* Aldis announces that four qualifying matches will take place next week to determine who meets at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on January 24th, which will determine who faces the Champion at Royal Rumble. The four qualifying matches are Randy Orton vs. Miz, Matt Cardona vs. Trick Williams, Damian Priest vs. Solo Sikoa, and Sami Zayn vs. Ilka Dragunov.
* Drew McIntye def. Cody Rhodes In Three Stages Of Hell to Win Undisputed WWE Championship: McIntyre won the first fall in a standard match. The finish came when McIntyre held onto the turnbuckle to block a German suplex by Rhodes. He removed the turnbuckle bad and hit a low blow, followed by the Claymore for a pinfall. Rhodes won the second fall, a Falls Count Anywhere match, after hitting a Cross Rhodes onto the announce table. The final fall was a Steel Cage match. McIntyre was about to escape when Jacob Fatu returned to TV and pushed the referee down. Fatu headbutted Fatu, but Rhodes pulled him away. Fatu knocked Rhodes down with a punch and connected with the shoulders. McIntyre crawled to the door and fell to the floor to win.
* After the match, Cody threw Fatu into the cage and the credits came up.
