Location Rumored to Be Set For WrestleMania 36
– A new rumor suggests that the host city and stadium for WrestleMania 36 is set in stone. This is not confirmed, so take it with the typical grain of salt, but the WrestleVotes Twitter account notes (as you can see below) that the event will take place at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida and that it is likely for April 5th of next year.
The news is similar to a report from last November that claimed the event would take place in Florida, though no city was mentioned at that time.
WWE has brought WrestleMania to Florida twice in recent years. WrestleMania 28 was held in Miami in 2012, while WrestleMania 33 was in Orlando. Raymond James Stadium has a capacity of 65,618 (expandable to 75,000) and will host Super Bowl LV in 2021.
Rumors floating around regarding the WrestleMania 36 location via various outlets.
The city has been locked in and decided for months now.
Tampa, Florida. Raymond James Stadium. Looks to be April 5th, 2020.
