Lucha Underground Executive Producer Thinks The Show Is Dead
– Co-executive producer Chris DeJoseph believes that Lucha Underground is no longer moving forward with a fifth season. DeJoseph responded to a question from a fan about the future of the show and kept it short and simple, as you can see belkow.
Lucha Underground finished its fourth season in November, and there has been no news on a potential next season. It is not abnormal for networks to not announce the cancellation of a show, but in this case it is particularly problematic as several wrestlers say they are being held to their contracts with the company in King Cuerno, who filed a lawsuit claiming the contract violates California law, and Ivelisse.
Personally I think it’s dead. But I hope not.
