– Wrestler Madison Rayne says she’s “okay” and doing well following her match with Deonna Purrazzo on last night’s AEW Dynamite. During the match, Rayne appeared to take a hard landing on her head during the match when Purrazzo was attempting what appeared to be a Downward Spiral.
In her update that she shared earlier today via social media, Madison Rayne wrote, “Hi 🙋🏼♀️ I’m okay! Thanks so much to everyone who celebrated my Dynamite return & those who checked in on me afterwards. To those who have never stepped into a ring but tweeted awful things at me w/ zero knowledge of what actually happened- thanks for watching. Have a great day 🙃”
Purrazzo later won the match via submission. Rayne joined AEW in August 2022, signing as part of the company’s talent relations and development team, and also an in-ring talent.
You can see a video of Purrazzo and Rayne’s match from last night’s Dynamite below.
