Major Spoiler on Expected Return at WWE WrestleMania 42

It looks like a major star is set to make her return to WWE at WrestleMania 42 this weekend.

Paige (Saraya Jade-Bevis) has signed a new deal with WWE and is expected to return to the ring at WrestleMania 42 this weekend, reports PWInsider. BodySlam+ adds that her new deal is a multi-year deal.

PWInsider adds that Paige is expected to be part of Saturday’s WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Fatal Four Way match, replacing the injured Nikki Bella who has not been cleared yet to return from her ankle injury.

WWE flew Paige in to Las Vegas in secret and has tried to keep her hidden, though obviously news of her return has managed to leak. Paige did take part in a run through for her match this week.

WWE ruled Paige as medically disqualified from being an active competitor back in 2018, which is why her return is such a surprise.

She played a significant role in the WWE Women’s Division during her previous run with WWE, becoming a breakout star from NXT. She became the youngest WWE Divas Champion at 21. She also became a star on the WWE reality show, Total Divas.

Paige signed with AEW back in June 2022 and won the AEW Women’s Championship. She remained with AEW through March 2025.
