Maya World Comments on Her Return Match: ‘We Are So Back Brother’

As previously reported, Queen Aminata beat a returning Maya World on last night’s AEW Dynamite. As a result, Aminata will now challenge Persephone for the TBS Title on next week’s show. Maya World later commented on her in-ring return.

Despite her loss, World appears positive about being back in the ring. She wrote on her X account, “That feeling of being hit by a car after wrestling a match the night before is back, we are soooo backkkk brother #idontwannagetup”

As previously noted, World was recently cleared to return to the ring. She recently had to undergo an undisclosed medical procedure. She appeared during the WrestleDream Buy-In show over the weekend, announcing that she was cleared for in-ring action.
