– According to a report by Tokyo Sports (h/t Berry Meijer [@dartvader_one] & Fightful for translations), Japanese women’s wrestler Meiko Satomura is expected to be joining the NXT UK roster. She’s reportedly traveling to the UK early next month to start working as a wrestler and a coach for the NXT UK brand.

Meiko Satomura was in attendance at a press conference for the Sendai Girls Miyagino Ward Cultural Center show. During the presser, she stated, “I can’t tell anything at the moment.” She added that she is going to be limiting her participation for future Sendai Girls events, noting that this was part of her decision in order “to move on to a next stage in life. She continued, “I’m thinking of making a big bet, but I’ll talk to you all again when I have more details.”

Previously, Satomura was a competitor in the 2018 Mae Young Classic. She also worked as a guest coach at the WWE Performance Center in 2018. WWE has not yet announced Satomura joining the company or the NXT UK brand.
