Mickie James is back in TNA, with the Hall of Famer making her return at No Surrender and brawling with The Elegance Brand. Friday night’s show saw James return following the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship match. Heather and M By Elegance retained their titles against Indi Hartwell and Xia Brookside after Ash By Elegance got involved. Ash pushed Hartwell’s foot off the rope during a pinfall, costing the challengers the match.
After the match, James came down to the ring and went after Ash. Heather and M joined in, and Hartwell and Brookside made the save. You can see clips from the match and the post-match segment below.
The Elegance Brand’s TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship reign stands at 30 days, having won the titles from The IInspiration on the TNA Impact premiere on AMC. James’ last appearance in TNA was her Hall of Fame induction last year in October at TNA Bound For Glory. Her last match in TNA was back at Bound for Glory 2023, when she lost to Trinity (aka WWE’s Naomi) in a Knockouts World Championship bout. She is a former five-time TNA Knockouts Champion, a former five-time WWE Women’s Champion, and a former WWE Divas Champion.
