MJF is back on AEW TV, making his return on this week’s Holiday Bash episode of Dynamite to put himself into the World Title match at AEW Worlds End. The Salt Of the Earth returned to TV on Wednesday night’s show, coming out during the contract signing for the World Championship match at this month’s PPV.

Swerve Strickland, Hangman Page, and Samoa Joe were out in the ring to sign the contract. Joe signed the contract and Strickland cut a promo about how he had to sign the contract for his title shot in blood last year, noting that he’ll take Joe’s title away. Strickland took a shot at Joe’s old face tattoo before signing on the line.

Page then said that he went through hell to get the World Title match before Joe turned to the Opps to help him get the title. He said that he hopes Joe’s legacy won’t be defined by his current actions. He ended up signing the contract.

That brought MJF out, who asked for his own contract and signed it before giving it to Tony Schiavone. Schiavone revealed that MJF had cashed in his guaranteed title match won at All In, making this a Four-Way match.

MJF then ran down the three of his opponents-to-be. He noted that he wanted to take the title away from Page and beat two of Page’s toughest rivals at the same time. He called Joe “Sloppy Joe” and said his time has run out, and compared Strickland to P. Diddy. He said that this was his house, not Strickland’s, and that rent is due. You can see highlights from the segment below.

AEW Worlds End takes place on December 27th in Chicago, Illinois. The show airs live on PPV. We’ll have an updated lineup for the show after Dynamite.
