The Motor City Machine Guns were released from WWE earlier this year as part of the company’s post-WrestleMania budget cuts. The veteran tag team has since signed with All Elite Wrestling.

Sabin and Shelley made their AEW in-ring debut as full-time talent during the September 2, 2026, edition of Collision, where they defeated The Swirl in just under 12 minutes.
