Nikki Bella Wants To See More From Ronda Rousey After Her Netflix Fight With Gina Carano

During a recent interview with USA Today Sports, WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella discussed her former WWE colleague, Ronda Rousey, recently returning to MMA, fighting Gina Carano live on Netflix earlier this month. Bella said she’d like to see more from Rousey in the MMA realm.

Nikki Bella said on the Ronda Rousey vs. Gina Carano fight, “I mean, I think, you know, initial response was like, wait, it’s done. But the one thing I will say is it left me wanting a lot more from Ronda. She looked incredible. I mean, she looked so amazing that I want to see her now in more fights.” Bella continued, “You know, I’m all about nostalgia. So, no matter what it was, I love that those two women got into that octagon and did what they did.”

The WWE Hall of Famer added, “But I will say the shape that Ronda Rousey’s in. I mean, she’s a year postpartum. That’s incredible. I want to see more from her. I know, you know, as of now, she’s saying she’s going to have more babies, and that was it. But she, even in those 17 seconds, Ronda looked like she didn’t miss a beat.”

Ronda Rousey and Nikki Bella previously faced off for the WWE Raw Women’s Title at WWE Evolution 2018. Rousey defeated Bella to retain the belt at the event.
