Note on Backstage Reaction to Naraku vs. Shiloh Hill at WWE NXT Halloween Havoc

At last weekend’s WWE NXT Halloween Havoc, Shiloh Hill beat Naraku. There’s now word on the behind-the-scenes reaction to the bout, and it doesn’t appear to be very negative.

During today’s edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer stated that he’s heard from people at Halloween Havoc, who think that Naraku and Hill’s match “ruined that entire show.” Meltzer stated, “By the way, I heard from some people there, and it was interesting their comments to me because it was like their basic comment was that, ‘Yeah, Shiloh Hill and NARAKU ruined that entire show.'”

The cinematic match saw Hill counter Naraku’s poison mist. Hill eventually hit Naraku with a modified neck-breaker to score the pinfall victory.
