Note On Why MLW Delayed Dallas Return

MLW pushed out its return to Dallas recently, and a new report has details on exactly why. The company was set to run Kings of Coliseum in Dallas on January 10th. However, they announced last week that the event would be rescheduled for the later in the year.

According to PWINsider, the return to Dallas was pushed out because of the AEW residence in Arlington, Texas. AEW is running several shows there in January. The feeling in MLW was that the two markets are essentially the same. As such, it would be wiser to hold shows in the area when there isn’t direct competition.

Tickets for Kings of Coliseum have already been refunded. There’s no word on when exactly the rescheduled show will take place.

MLW’s most recent show was their MLW x Don Gato live event. That show took place in Charleston, South Carolina, the promotion’s new home.
