Oba Femi Destroys War Raiders In WWE Raw Debut

Oba Femi made a big statement in his official WWE Raw debut as he wiped out the War Raiders in very short order. Monday night’s show saw the former NXT Champion make is first appearance after making his main roster debut at the Royal Rumble.

During the first hour, the War Raiders came out for a match. However, Femi came down to the ring and laid out the former Tag Team Champions. He took out Erik with a powerbomb and then chokeslammed Ivar, before hitting another pop-up powerbomb to Erik to complete his assault. He then posed after the fallen two and then left. There was no match.

Femi is a former two-time NXT Champion and a former NXT North American Champion. He vacated the NXT Champion last month before moving to the roster. Femi entered the men’s Royal Rumble match at #1 on Saturday and lasted 39 minutes. During that time, he eliminated five people in Bron Breakker, Solo Sikoa, Rey Mysterio, Rusev, and Matt Cardona. Midway through the match, Femi had a high profile stare down with Brock Lesnar and they went after each other, but Femi was ultimately eliminated by The Beast.
