Paige vs. Nikki Bella Set For WWE Smackdown In Two Weeks

Paige and Nikki Bella will run it back in a rematch on WWE Smackdown in two weeks. Friday’s episode of Smackdown featured a backstage segment in which Paige confronted Bella and told her they would face off on the October 16th episode of the show.

The segment began with Chelses Green discussing the upcoming women’s Money in the Bank match when Bella showed up to interrupt. She vowed to take the title off Green, which led to Paige stepping in. She said that Bella couldn’t go for the title until they were done, and said that she would give Bella two weeks to prepare for their match. Paige then slapped Bella and left, which Green took credit for before walking off.

Paige has been feuding with Bella since the Bella Twins turned on her at WWE SummerSlam. Bella defeated Paige on the September 11th episode of Smackdown and then interfered in Paige’s six-woman tag team match on last week’s show.

WWE Smackdown takes place in Sacramento, California on October 16th from the Golden 1 Center. Paige vs. Bella is the only match announced for the show so far.
