Paul London vs. Okumura Opera Cup Match Set for This Weekend’s MLW TV Tapings

Major League Wrestling announced that Paul London vs. Okumura is in the works for this weekend’s MLW TV tapings that will be shot along with MLW Fightland on Saturday, September 13. London and Okumura will face off in an opening round matchup for the 2025 Opera Cup Tournament.

This marks the first-time ever the two wrestlers have faced off. The winner will then advance to the quarterfinals and face either Austin Aries or Kushida.

Their beIN Sports exclusive match will air at a later date. The TV tapings will be held at the NYTEX Sports Centre in North Richland Hills, Texas. Tickets are on sale now at MLWDallas.com and Eventbrite.
