Rey Mysterio got one up on his son, Dominik Mysterio, as the Master of 619 pinned the current WWE Intercontinental Champion and AAA Mega Champion in a tag team match to pick up the win for himself and Rey Fenix at AAA Guerra de Titanes, thanks to assistance from Penta.

The entire match revolved around Dominik Mysterio running away from his “deadbeat” dad, and him and El Grande Americano inflicting punishment on Rey Fenix.

Fenix was finally able to tag Rey in, and the Hall of Famer immediately went on the offensive against Dom via Headscissors and a series of punches on the top turnbuckle. Dominik tried to claw his back with a Sunset Flip attempt, only to be blocked and taken down by Rey via a Moonsault. Rey then went for the 619, but Dominik managed to evade it and tried to nail the Three Amigos on his father.

Rey blocked the third and responded with a DDT. Fenix and Mysterio then teamed up to take out Dominik with a Seated Senton. However, Americano managed to break the count. Fenix then had Americano tied to the ropes as Rey attempted another 619 on Dominik. However, the younger Mysterio again countered it, this time via a Michinoku Driver. However, Fenix managed to save the match for his team.

Fenix attempted a spin kick on Dom and was then met by one from Americano. Rey responded with a Bulldog Headlock on Americano before sending his son into the corner. However, Dom pulls his legs and then goes for his father’s mask. He then asks Americano to hand him over the foreign object that the latter usually carries. However, before Americano could do that, Penta stormed to the ring and snatched it from him. Fenix then kicked El Grande off the apron, and this was followed by Penta putting the object inside his mask and headbutting Dominik. Fenix took out Americano with a dive, allowing Rey Mysterio to finally land the 619 on his son before dropping the dime to pick up a pinfall victory.

After the match, Dominik Mysterio pushed away El Grande Americano after the latter came to check on him. Americano then shockingly shook hands with Rey Mysterio and left the ring.
