Pro Wrestling NOAH’s OZAWA Undergoes Ligament Reconstruction Surgery

OZAWA of of Pro Wrestling NOAH has undergone successful ligament reconstruction surgery. The NOAH star suffered a Lisfranc ligament injury during the N-1 Victory tournament while doing a springboard moonsault. OZAWA posted to Twitter to Twitter on Monday morning to reveal that he underwent the reconstruction surgery.
The NOAH star wrote:
” Exactly three years after my debut, I underwent foot ligament reconstruction surgery today.
To Marufuji-san, Kiyomiya-san, KENTA-san, Kenoh-san, and all the other wrestlers, as well as all the fans, I’m sorry for causing you trouble and worry.
Perhaps it’s karma, or maybe it’s the fate of someone who speaks ill of others to end up like this.
I’ll reflect on it.”
