Reason Why Jim Ross Picked WWE Over ITV’s World of Sport

According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Jim Ross took the WWE deal instead of the deal for ITV’s World of Sport because of the length of the WWE deal. The ITV deal was reportedly strong, but Ross was said to be hesitant due to the ITV series only being guaranteed for 10-episodes; the WWE deal is for two-years, and the feeling is that WWE will always be around.
