Rey Mysterio’s Announcments at Noche de Los Grandes Week Two: WWE’s Tour of Latin America, Dominik Mysterio’s Upcoming AAA Appearance & More

As advertised, AAA General Manager Rey Mysterio had a bunch of announcements for fans on tonight’s Noche de Los Grandes Week Two.

Rey started by sharing his thoughts on the iconic Mask vs. Mask match between the OG El Grande Americanos. Rey hailed it as a historic match, noting that there’s definitely one El Grande Americano whom everyone supports and loves.

He also touched up on WWE’s upcoming tour of Latin America this September. The shows will take place in Ecuador, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile. Additionally, Mexico City will host the September 11 and 14 editions of SmackDown and RAW.

Rey also noted that TripleMania 34 will take place across two nights, with the first being hosted by Las Vegas on September 11 and the second by Mexico two days later.

On Dominik Mysterio being upset at his appointment as AAA GM, Rey promised that he would not let the family rivalry come between them and would treat Dom fairly. He also confirmed that the reigning AAA Mega Champion will be present on the June 20 episode of AAA.

The June 20 episode will emanate from Merida, Mexico. The June 11 episode will be hosted by San Luis Potosi.

Rey also announced that the Mega Championship will be defended at Triplemania 34 Night Two.
