Ricky Steamboat & Ric Flair To Attend AEW Blood & Guts 2025

Two legendary wrestlers are set to be in attendance during the upcoming edition of AEW Blood & Guts.

On tonight’s episode of AEW Collision, veteran commentator Tony Schiavone announced that WWE Hall of Famers Ricky ‘The Dragon’ Steamboat and Ric Flair will attend Blood & Guts on November 12.

This year’s edition of Blood & Guts will take place in Greensboro, North Carolina, a place where The Nature Boy and Steamboat had many battles during their prime years.

Here’s what Tony Schiavone said:

“Special announcement for Greensboro, North Carolina. Two of the greatest legends of all time that I know, that I followed, will be in Greensboro, [and] will be in attendance. It will be Ricky ‘The Dragon’ Steamboat, and The Nature Boy Ric Flair will join us in Greensboro, live on TBS, on Dynamite.”

Steamboat has made several appearances in AEW over the past few years. He last appeared at the 2024 Revolution pay-per-view, where he served as the guest timekeeper. Interestingly, Flair’s last AEW appearance also took place at the same event.

This year’s edition is special, as it’s set to feature the first-ever Women’s Blood & Guts Match, with Triangle of Madness (Julia Hart, Skye Blue, and Thekla), Megan Bayne, Mercedes Mone, and Marina Shafir taking on Jamie Hayter, Mina Shirakawa, Kris Statlander, Willow Nightingale, Harley Cameron, and “Timeless” Toni Storm.

The men’s version of the match will see The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, PAC, Wheeler Yuta, and Daniel Garcia) take on Darby Allin, Roderick Strong, and The Conglomeration (Orange Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly, and Mark Briscoe).

Apart from this, AEW World Champion Hangman Page will take on Powerhouse Hobbs in a False Count Anywhere Match.
