– During a recent interview with JOB’d Out Wrestling, Riddick Moss discussed transitioning from an NFL career to professional wrestling in WWE. Below are some highlights (via Fightful):

Riddick Moss on transitioning from football to wrestling: “There were some things that were smooth and some things that were difficult. I think growing up as a wrestling fan was a huge advantage because there were some people who…. there’s just certain things and mannerisms that come more naturally- movements, when you know what the product is kind of supposed to look like, which can be also… (gestures)”

On how certain things can work against you: “If you are too much of a typical pro wrestler, that can work against you, but I think the things that were natural for me were some of the basic movements and the athletic stuff. I think what was difficult for me to learn was that more so than football, where there’s some artistry in how you attack a play on defense, for instance, but really there’s kind of a right way to do things and a wrong way to do things, and in wrestling, there’s just a spectrum of ways to do things and I kind of had to learn like, ‘oh, I just need to find out for myself what works for me and what doesn’t.’ So I would say that was the biggest transition for me.”
