Roman Reigns Responds to Attack by Seth Rollins on WWE Raw, Plans To Close the Door on Rollins ‘Forver’

Last night’s WWE Raw ended in disaster for World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns, and now he’s ready to “close the door” on Seth Rollins “forever.” To close out the show, Rollins and Reigns held their contract signing for their upcoming title bout at WWE SummerSlam 2026.

Eventually, a brawl broke out between the two. Rollins eventually hit Reigns with his patented stomp, leaving Reigns passed out in the ring as the show came to an end.

Earlier today, Roman Reigns responded to Seth Rollins’ beatdown via his X account. Roman Reigns wrote, “OF COURSE the guy who can’t win a title on his own would sucker punch me. For that type of disrespect, WE could end you. Too easy. Just remember…all the biggest moments of your career are because of ME. Not anymore. At SummerSlam.. I close the door on you, forever.”

The title match finally takes place at WWE SummerSlam 2026. The premium live event is scheduled for August 1-2 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It will air live on the ESPN App in the U.S. an don Netflix internationally.
