Ronda Rousey Lays Down a Challenge to WWE’s Four Horsewomen During Confrontation

– Per WWE.com, a video was released from behind-the-scenes at the Mae Young Classic today, showing former UFC women’s champion today Ronda Rousey, who was discussing the big win for tournament competitor Shayna Baszer, a member of the MMA Four Horsewomen. Ronda Rousey appears in the video with her fellow Horsewomen Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke.

They are then promptly confronted by WWE’s own Four Horsewomen (Charlotte, Becky Lynch, and Bayley), who interrupted Rousey’s interview. Rousey simply states, “You name the time. You name the place.” The video is available in the player below (and the above link).

In recent weeks, it was reported that Rousey could be preparing for a run in WWE. There was talk of WWE holding a Horsewomen vs. Horsewomen feud, which apparently could lead to a match down the line. It seems those talks are true, and Rousey is very much bound for WWE right now.

Rousey’s last MMA fight was her loss to Amanda Nunes for the UFC women’s bantamweight title at UFC 207 in December 2016.
