Ronda Rousey’s WWE Signing Is Reportedly Imminent

Ronda Rousey is reportedly finalizing a deal with WWE that should be revealed in the immediate future. USA Today reports that details are being finished up on the deal according to sources close to Rousey, who asked for anonymity because the deal has not yet been made public.

Rousey, who appeared at WrestleMania 31 and in the crowd at the Mae Young Classic, has not fought with the UFC since her loss to Amanda Nunes at UFC 207 on December 30th, 2016. In a video posted to her Twitter account on December 1st previewing Rousey’s new website, footage was shown of Rousey training at the WWE Performance Center.

“I love Ronda, and anything she can do to make money for her and her new husband then I am rooting for her,” said longtime friend Gene Le Bell told the site in response to the reports. “She will get a lot of money and that’s great.”
