Sami Zayn is once again the Undisputed WWE Champion, taking advantage of a chaotic match to beat CM Punk for the title on WWE Smackdown. Zayn finally got his rematch against Punk in the headlining bout of Friday’s episode after a few weeks of preventing anyone else from having a shot at the title.

The main event match went 15 and a half minutes and turned hectic when Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae came down to the ring. LeRae distracted the referee while Zayn was tapping out to the Anaconda Vice, and Gargano grabbed the title to try and hit Punk with it. Punk however ducked and hit a Go To Sleep on Gargano. Zayn went for the title but Kevin Owens came into the ring to stop him. Owens swung at Zayn with the title but hit Punk, and Zayn low blowed Owens. He then hit a Helluva Kick on Punk to get the win and title.

You can see clips from the WWE Smackdown match below. This marks Zayn’s second run with the title and ends Punk’s reign at 64 days. Punk won the title from Zayn on the July 6th episode of WWE Raw.
