Saraya Does First Neck Nip-Up In 10 Years During Training Video

Saraya is continuing to train in the ring, and she accomplished a first in her for a decade as seen in a new video. The AEW and WWE alumna posted a video on Thursday of herself training with Vipress in the ring.

As you can see in the video, Saraya does her neck nip-up which she said is her first in 10 years. She wrote:

“First neck nip up in a decade! We building her back up babayyy!”

Saraya has been out of action since the October 8th, 2024 episode of AEW Dynamite. She exited AEW in March of 2025 and has not made wrestling-related appearances since then. She has expressed an interest in potentially returning to WWE, saying during an interview back in June of last year:

“I haven’t had a conversation with them [WWE]. I know, I always get tagged in everything, as soon as there’s a mystery going around, they’re like, ‘Hey, she’s coming back.’ But no. I love the WWE, but no.”

There was fan speculation that she may enter the women’s Royal Rumble, but of course that didn’t happen. She is a former AEW Women’s World Champion, a two-time former WWE Divas Champion, and a former NXT Women’s Champion.
