Brock Rechsteiner, the son of Scott Steiner, has received a six-game suspension for the start of the 2026 NFL season. ESPN reports that the NFL made the announcement that Rechsteiner will not be able to play for the first six games of the season, though he is eligible for all preseason activities and games.
It was not said why Rechsteiner was suspended. He is a member of the New Orleans Saints as a wide receiver. His suspension will begin after the team’s roster is slimmed down to 53 players on August 30th.
Rechsteiner is the son of WWE Hall of Famer Scott Steiner, and signed with the Saints as an undrafted rookie. He is currently in competition for a spot on the 53-man roster for the team.
Neither Brock Rechsteiner nor the Saints have commented on the suspension at this time.
