Shinsuke Nakamura & Kyoki Pick Up Victory In Kyoki’s WWE Smackdown Debut

Shinsuke Nakamura and Kyoki made their debut as a tag team on this week’s episode of WWE Smackdown, picking up a victory before staring down the MFTs. The duo competed as Bakusai on Friday’s show, marking the first WWE TV match for the former Hiromu Takahashi.

The two faced off against The Miz and Kit Wilson and won in about nine and a half minutes. The finish saw Kyoki get the pinfall after a jumping jawbreaker. After the match, the MFTs came out and the two teams stared down. You can see clips from the match below.

Kyoki made his debut on the August 21st episode of WWE Smackdown in a vignette with Nakamura where they put the current WWE Tag Team Champions in their sights. Takahashi has been expected to come to WWE since it was announced in February that he was leaving New Japan Pro Wrestling.
