The Hardys won their final match against Team 3D, defeating their rivals in a double title ladder match at TNA Bound For Glory. Matt and Jeff Hardy defeated Bully Ray and D-Von Dudley at Sunday’s PPV to retain the NXT and TNA World Tag Team Championships.

Spike Dudley joined his “brothers” during their entrance for the ladder match, appearing under his TNA name as Brother Runt. Spike was part of the Dudley Boyz during their time in ECW and WWE. He appeared in TNA from 2006 to 2007 and later made appearances in 2009 and for a short run in 2013. His last match was a team-up with Jeff Hardy against Team 3D in a Tables match at TNA Hardcore Justice 2 in July of 2013.

After the victory, the Hardys helped Team 3D to their feet and the challengers got a “Thank You Dudleys” chant. Bully Ray and D-Von then unlaced their boots and handed them to Matt and Jeff, seemingly signaling their retirement. The Hardys then embraced their rivals.

The Hardys’ TNA World Tag Team Championship reign now stands at 85 days, having won them from The Nemeth Brothers at Slammiversary. Meanwhile, their NXT Tag Team Championship reign is 6 days old, having won them from DarkState at NXT vs. TNA Showdown.
