The Miz Denies He’s Cursed By Danhausen While Talking American Gladiators

The Miz is adamant that he is not cursed by Danhausen, asserting such in a recent interview promoting American Gladiators. The Miz has found himself in the cursing crosshairs of the Very Nice, Very Evil One for a number of weeks now, with Danhausen causing a number of misfortunes for Miz. The two came face to face in the ring at WrestleMania 42 along with an army of Minihausens and Kit Wilson, which led to Danhausen hitting a five-knuckle shuffle on Miz.

Miz appeared on Paltrocast With Darren Paltrowitz alongside his Gladiators co-host Rocsi Diaz and spoke about the new Prime Video series, and during the conversation, he addressed his situation with Danhausen. You can see the highlights below:

The Miz on Splitting His Time Between WWE and American Gladiators:

“I would love to talk about the fact that, literally, as a kid growing up, I absolutely loved American Gladiators. I loved WWE. And now I get to be the best of both worlds. I literally get to go every Friday to Smackdown, where whatever city we are in and entertain the masses.

“We just got done with WrestleMania at Allegiant Stadium. I didn’t get the moment that I wanted, but there was definitely a moment. Danhausen has been a thorn in my side, and it’s not a curse. He thinks there’s a curse, that he’s cursed me. He is the curse of WWE.”

On Gladiators’ Success:

“Ever since American Gladiators has come out two weeks ago, literally, we have been in the top 10 TV shows in Prime Video. And that just goes to show, not only was it a success back then, but we’re making it a success now. The entire team of Gladiators, hosts, as well as the production, really put forth an effort to make it the best show possible. And I really believe if you watch one episode, you will not be able to put it down.”
