TNA, AEW, Sami Callihan & More Pay Tribute To Joe Doering

The wrestling world has come out to honor Joe Doering following the TNA stars passing on Friday morning including TNA, AEW, Sami Callihan, and more. As reported earlier today, Doering passed away this morning following a lengthy battle with cancer. He was 44 years old.
Doering had a couple of stints in TNA, most notably from 2020 to 2022 where he was part of Violent By Design and held the Impact World Tag Team Championships with the group. He also worked extensively in Japan, specifically in AJPW.
Following news of his passing, TNA posted to Twitter to write:
“We are heartbroken to learn of the passing of Joe Doering. A commanding in-ring performer and a wonderful person, he will never be forgotten. We offer our deepest condolences to his fans, his friends and his family.”
The promotion also shared a video that was produced for Against All Odds 2022 paying tribute to Doering’s legacy. AEW also posted to comment, writing:
“AEW and the wrestling world mourn the passing of Joe Doering. Our deepest sympathies go out to his family, friends and fans during this difficult time.”
