TNA Adds Six-Person Tag Team Match To August 13 iMPACT

TNA Wrestling has announced a new six-person tag team match for the August 13 episode of Thursday Night iMPACT. The match adds a new chapter to the rivalry between Mustafa Ali and TNA International Champion Jason Hotch ahead of Lockdown.

The rivalry between Ali and Hotch has continued to build since the latter captured the TNA International Championship on the July 30 edition of iMPACT. The company has already announced that the duo will meet again inside a steel cage at Lockdown, with the TNA International Championship on the line.

Following that, Ali confronted Hotch’s wife and daughter during the champion’s photoshoot, also featuring Hotch, Rich Swann and BDE.  During this, Ali said Hotch could not team up with Swann and BDE because he had something “special” planned for him at Lockdown on August 23.

TNA later confirmed that Order 4 will face Rich Swann, BDE and a partner who has yet to be revealed on next week’s episode of iMPACT.

The August 13 card now includes three announced matches. Nic Nemeth will defend the TNA World Championship against Jeff Hardy. Indi Hartwell will face M by Elegance in a Knockouts Television Championship Tournament semifinal. The newly announced six-person tag rounds out the lineup.
