TNA Wrestling has quietly removed a planned title match from its AMC debut episode of iMPACT!, set for Thursday in Dallas. The X-Division Championship bout, which would have seen champion Leon Slater face Myron Reed, no longer appears on official promotional graphics or the event page. Slater remains featured in a “tune in” press release for the Curtis Culwell Center, while Reed’s absence has not gone unnoticed.

Behind the scenes, the move appears tied to contract situations rather than creative direction. PWInsider reported that members of The Rascalz are “no longer contractually bound to the promotion.” Trey Miguel and Zach Wentz’s contracts reportedly expired at the end of 2025. The sources also noted that TNA had no option to renew the deals for another year.

Myron Reed’s own social media reflects that status, listing him openly as a “free agent.” Dezmond Xavier has recently returned, though he is believed to be unsigned. While all four names still appear on some roster listings, insiders suggest there are no active contractual ties.

PWInsider further noted that multiple TNA sources declined to comment directly on The Rascalz’s status. While the four wrestlers are still listed on TNA’s roster website, Mike Johnson believed “all four are free and clear to appear anywhere they wish.”

Slater’s championship reign remains intact and active. He is still scheduled to defend the X-Division Title in a triple threat against Cedric Alexander and Moose at TNA Genesis this Saturday. That match continues to be advertised amid roster uncertainty.
